 The Cell.Us.Short Film Festival is an innovative new film festival that promotes and explores the emerging art medium from video camera phones. A few simple rules: Film must be ENTIRELY shot with a cell phone. The completed film must be 5 minutes or less. Awards and prizes will be given for the following categories: * Best Overall Short * Best Short of New Mexico * Best Mountain-related Short * Best Innovative Use of Technological Media * Best Storytelling Short The top films will be screened at this year's Taos Mountain Film Festival.
